Shakir work in a financial institution in Nigeria with over 13 years of experience (operation and sales combined). He has a B.Sc. in Physics (Best Graduating Student, 2005) from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University. He has a great bias for process improvement drive, excellent service delivery, and quality assurance. A member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) where he earned CSSGB, CIA, and CMQ-OE certifications. A second-year doctorate student (DBA) with UCAM, Spain. He has published articles on quality improvement, six sigma, management research-Leadership, and Fintech Adoption.
With an emerging passion for data analysis, Shakir has just been admitted for MSc Big Data Science and Technology from Bradford University, UK. He is ready to align experience from the financial sector with knowledge gathered in Business and Data studies to drive enterprise goals with other team members
