Christiana is an expert in Survey Design and Program Evaluation with expertise in Measurement Validity & Reliability, Measurement Modeling, Multi-level Modelling, Structural Equation Modelling as well as Experimental Designs (Quasi-experiments, RCT). In her experience, she has applied her skills and knowledge to grant-funded projects by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the United States Department of Education, and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs in which she served as an evaluator. Her unique skills in mixed methods research designs are a plus for us at CAPE. She obtained a master’s degree and PhD. in Research and Evaluation Methodology from the University of Florida, United States of America, and a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin, Nigeria.
